This post comes to you from a time when hopefully you are all sound asleep. It’s 5:30am as I start writing this. I’m writing with an air of despondency (is that a word?). I was going to say I’m angry but I promised myself (a la this post) that I wouldn’t waste my energy getting mad at irrational high or low BGs this year and I intend to try to keep that promise at least until the end of Jan!
I raced around the house last night getting all my stuff ready for a 6am RPM class this morning – went to bed at 10:30 with a BG of 6.7. Perfect, right?
