I got an email the other day from a Wellingtonian named Heidi-Jane, who also has a blog: http://sweetsixteen-diabetes.blogspot.com.

This lady already has an Ironman under her belt and has her sights set on another four Ironman competitions in the next four years. What a sportswoman!

Heidi-Jane is doing the NZ Ironman in March and is raising funds for Diabetes Youth NZ. Please visit her fundraising page and give a donation: http://www.fundraiseonline.co.nz/Heidi-JaneHumphries/
