		<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi all! Well I say that &#8211; I&#8217;m not planning to actually let anyone know this blog is up until there are a few posts to see, so at the moment I&#8217;m talking to an audience of zero. However, for those of you who are reading this in retrospect, I&#8217;ll give a bit of background about who I am and why I started this blog.</p>
<p>My name&#8217;s Nic, and I&#8217;m a 30 year old woman who&#8217;s had type one diabetes since 16 years of age. I was born in NZ and have lived here all but nine years of my life &#8211; two of them in Sydney and seven of them in London.</p>
