At 2 pm, local time, do the Big Blue Test:

1. Test your blood sugar.
2. Get active for 14 minutes.
3. Test again.
4. Enter your results at BigBlueTest.org.

As everyone in NZ is aware, Christchurch has been thrown completely sideways by a horrendous earthquake.

What I want to know is how the T1 community can help our fellow T1s. Do you know anyone down there who urgently needs supplies or help? I’ve already heard from one AKL T1 who’s offering her family bach in Piha for anyone who needs to get out of Chch to look after their diabetes….
