We will be holding a rowing competition outside the big Kreem Cafe (Building on Thursday the 15th April from 11am-2pm.  Row as fast as you can for 500m and the male and female with the fastest time will each win 6 months FREE membership at the gym.  Plus we will have a special spot prize of another 6 month membership to be given away on the day!  Thats three chances to win and you can do it while you are having your lunch!!

Entry to the competition will be a gold coin donation which will go to Diabetes Youth New Zealand (www.diabetesyouth.org.nz) who do fantastic work providing support to children with type 1 diabetes and their families here in New Zealand.
