…. so here it is. A topline comparison of the Animas vs the Cozmo insulin pumps.
Please note that this is one person’s opinion only though – we all have different things which appeal so if someone else assessed it they might disagree. Disagree away in the comments box below – happy to have feedback!

oooh – a chance to argue OR I beg to Differ
Line Priming? I press ’start’ for ‘fill tubing’ and then ’stop’ when its done. Easy peasy. Or do you mean to get to the load menu??
Correction Bolus? Turn On “Enable Editing of Target BG while entering Correction Bolus” in Cozmanager!!
If you want to be able to edit your blood glucose target while you are programming a correction bolus, click to select this option.
Backlight? I don’t know about the time of day thing?
You can choose how you want the pump display’s backlight to work.
If you would like the backlight to turn on only when the screensaver is shown and you press the pump’s down key, click to select it.
If you want the backlight to turn on whenever the pump is “awake” (at any screen other than the screensaver), click to select it.
NOTE: Using “When Awake” shortens pump battery life.
We LOVE our Cozmo
Can you tell…. ?

Glad you love your Cozmo… and as you can see from my table I think it’s a good little pump too. I think it really depends who it’s for and how you’re using it as to what features you find the most useful.

absolutely and I think sometimes hidden features are hard to find… being able to share that they are available is good.
