Swiss ball

The headline says it all really, doesn’t it. I’ve taken to sitting on a swiss ball at work in my last few weeks before maternity leave due to having a bit of a sore back (it’s working too). Unfortunately I’ve been having quite regular mid morning hypos which I’m trying to manage out, but didn’t avoid today.

Thus – I found myself 2.2 mmol/l and sitting on a swiss ball …. And feeling very wobbly on said swiss ball. Don’t try this at home kids!
