Everyone needs a break, particularly bloggers who write in their spare time, for free. Aaron and I are joining this way of thinking and are duly going to be on hiatus until 5 January 2009.

Have a very happy and safe holiday all – and see you next year!

Merry Christmas one and all! Sorry this message is coming to you from the 27th December but the early part of the holiday season overwhelmed me: finishing up work, celebrating being on holiday, finishing up the last of the Christmas shopping, catching up with friends before they went away; preparing food for the big day, etc etc etc.

I hope Santa was good to you, and you had fun no matter where you were, what you did or who you were with. My brother was in Jordan (in the Middle East) so I’m pegging his was probably slightly different to the rest of us!

2. In an update to my most recent blog, my BG has now got itself back to 6.1. And I avoided a hypo by taking BG tests every half hour between 7:45 and 10:30. Finally off to eat something now – couldn’t have breakfast until the levels came down then got busy with work.
